Drivrr is a driver-on-demand delivery platform that gives local businesses access to nearby delivery drivers when they need them. It’s built to help businesses offer fast local delivery without the hassle of recruiting, scheduling, or managing their own driver team.

Yes. Drivrr works alongside your existing ordering setup, including phone orders, websites, and platforms like Just Eat or Uber Eats. If you receive the order, Drivrr can provide the driver.

No. Drivrr is not an ordering marketplace. We don’t take customer orders and we don’t charge commission on your order value. Your business stays in control of where orders come from Drivrr simply provides the drivers.

Drivrr is built for convenience stores, local supermarkets, and independent retailers (including Premier, Go Local, and independent stores). It also works for other local businesses such as pharmacies, florists, bakeries, and retailers who want to offer delivery without running their own fleet.

Drivrr has a simple pricing model with a monthly access fee plus pay-per-delivery driver costs. There is zero commission on your order value you keep your margin.

Drivers are paid per delivery. Each job has a minimum fee, and the final amount can vary depending on distance. Drivers keep 100% of delivery fees, Drivrr takes zero commission from drivers.

No. Drivrr is designed so you don’t need to build or manage your own driver team. You can request a driver only when you have deliveries to send out.

Drivrr is built for short, fast local deliveries (typically within a 1–2 mile radius). It’s ideal for rapid delivery / quick commerce and last-mile fulfilment for local businesses.

Once you’re onboarded, you can request a driver through the Drivrr business app. A nearby available driver can accept the job, collect the order, and deliver it to your customer.

Yes. Drivrr works alongside your existing ordering methods such as phone orders, websites, WhatsApp orders, and EPOS systems. EPOS integrations are coming soon, so requesting drivers can be automated directly through your till system.

No. Your customers don’t need the Drivrr app. Drivrr is used by your business and the driver.

Yes. Drivrr can support your existing delivery operation by giving you flexible driver access when you’re busy, short-staffed, or want to avoid adding more overhead.

Yes. Many businesses use Drivrr alongside third-party platforms. Drivrr is especially useful for your own direct customers, so you can grow delivery sales while avoiding marketplace commission fees.

Driver availability depends on your area and how busy it is, but Drivrr is designed to connect you with nearby drivers quickly when you need one.

No. Drivrr has no long-term contracts. Businesses can cancel anytime.

Drivrr is launching in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, with plans to expand to more areas after the pilot phase.

You can join the pilot by submitting the business application form on the website. We’re onboarding a limited number of launch partners for early access.

You can apply through the driver registration form. Once approved, you’ll be able to accept delivery jobs in your area and work flexibly.

If there are no drivers available at that moment, you can retry shortly after or use your usual delivery method. Availability can vary depending on demand and time of day.

Drivrr supports local deliveries for everyday retail and business needs, including groceries, pharmacy items, flowers, baked goods, and more. (Delivery rules may apply for restricted items.)
